Where we ship
Resham Sparsh is intended to ship physical orders within serviceable PIN codes in India. International shipping and cash on delivery are not offered at launch.
Shipping charge
Standard India shipping is currently displayed as free. Any future paid express option will be shown before payment; no shipping fee is added after Razorpay opens.
Dispatch and delivery estimate
- Planned dispatch: within 1–2 business days after a captured payment.
- Planned transit: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier serviceability.
- Sundays, public holidays, severe weather, strikes, natural events and remote PIN codes may add time.
The final order page shows the current fulfilment status. A tracking ID appears after the merchant marks the parcel fulfilled and enters it in the dashboard.
Address changes
Email care@reshamsparsh.com immediately with your order ID. We can change an address only before packing/hand-off. We cannot guarantee rerouting after a courier receives the parcel.
Late, lost, damaged or wrong deliveries
If an order is delivered later than the stated schedule, lost, materially damaged, defective, wrong or not as described, contact us with the order ID and evidence. We will review a replacement, cancellation or refund under the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Subscriptions
Each successfully captured renewal creates a new unfulfilled shipment in the merchant dashboard. A pending, halted, paused or cancelled subscription does not create a renewal shipment.
