Is this suitable for every skin type and body area?
No cosmetic hair-removal product is automatically right for every person or area. Check the shipped ingredient list and directions, patch-test 24 hours before use and avoid broken, irritated or recently treated skin. Do not use it on an area not specifically allowed by the pack.
How many uses are in one 100 g pack?
That depends on the body area, layer thickness and final directions. We are intentionally not publishing a made-up number before the formula and measured-use testing are complete.
What is included with 2- and 3-pack bundles?
Two packs unlock the reusable mixing bowl and spatula. Three packs include that kit plus a Post-Wax Calm Gel mini. The cart shows each gift as ₹0 before checkout.
How does Subscribe & Save work?
You choose a one-, two- or three-month delivery (roughly 30/60/90 days). Checkout shows the exact amount due today, the next scheduled charge and an unchecked recurring-consent box. Razorpay supports eligible cards, UPI AutoPay and eMandate depending on your account, bank and app.
Can I cancel a UPI AutoPay subscription?
Yes. UPI AutoPay mandates can generally be paused or cancelled inside the UPI app that authorised them. You can also contact care@reshamsparsh.com for help. Cancellation affects future charges, not an already processed shipment.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are planned to dispatch within 1–2 business days and normally arrive in 3–7 business days depending on PIN code. This SLA must be confirmed before launch and is also stated in the Shipping Policy.
