Store and acceptance
These terms apply when you browse reshamsparsh.com, place an order or start a subscription. By paying, you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy, Shipping and Cancellation/Refund policies. The seller's final legal details will be inserted before launch.
Product information and safety
Body Wax Powder is intended as an external-use cosmetic product, not medicine. Final ingredients, net quantity, batch/expiry information, manufacturer/marketer details, directions, permitted areas and warnings on the delivered pack take precedence. Patch-test 24 hours before first use. Do not use on broken, irritated or recently treated skin. Stop and rinse if discomfort occurs. Results and tolerance vary.
Prices and orders
Prices are in INR and the final amount is shown before Razorpay opens. The server calculates every amount from product IDs; a browser-edited amount is ignored. Displayed payable prices are intended to include applicable taxes unless checkout clearly states otherwise. An order is accepted for fulfilment only after the store verifies a captured Razorpay payment. We may cancel/refund an order for obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock or an unserviceable address.
Payment security
Razorpay processes UPI, card, netbanking and other enabled methods. The store does not receive your UPI PIN, OTP, full card number or CVV. Never share those credentials with support.
Subscribe & Save
- One-time purchase is selected by default.
- A subscription begins only after you choose a cadence and tick an initially unchecked recurring-payment confirmation.
- Checkout states the amount due today, recurring amount and estimated next charge date.
- Razorpay/bank/app availability determines whether cards, UPI AutoPay or eMandate are offered.
- Razorpay subscription Add-Ons are not used. Any accessory or post-purchase item is a separate, explicit payment.
- Eligible UPI mandates can generally be paused/cancelled in the authorising app. Contact support for account-side help. Cancellation stops future eligible charges and does not reverse an already captured/fulfilled order.
Post-purchase offers
Accepting an optional offer creates a separate Razorpay Order and always requires payment confirmation. QuickBuy may shorten the interface for eligible returning mobile users; it is not a silent merchant-initiated charge. Reserved primary offer pricing expires 30 minutes after verified payment and is enforced by the server.
Shipping, cancellation and refunds
The Shipping Policy describes destinations and estimated time. The Cancellation & Refund Policy describes cancellations, hygiene restrictions, wrong/damaged/defective goods and accepted refund timing. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass prices, forge signatures, access another order/admin record, scrape protected data, disrupt the service or use the site unlawfully. We may block abusive traffic and preserve security logs.
Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, misuse contrary to label directions, third-party downtime or events beyond reasonable control. Product and consumer remedies under applicable law remain available.
Governing law and grievances
Indian law applies. The governing court city, legal entity and grievance officer details must be completed before live sales. Until then, contact care@reshamsparsh.com.
